This does not apply if the 3 bungalows are booked by one group or family.

For those who prefer dining out, you'll discover a curated list of our preferred restaurants in Tangalle and the vicinity within your bungalow. Alternatively, showcase your culinary prowess in the outdoor kitchen; and if that doesn't pan out, a convenient home delivery is just a call away!

Check-in is from 02:00 PM. Please check out by 12:00 (noon). For special arrival or departure times, please notify us in advance, so that we can find a suitable solution.

A deposit payment of 50% of the total amount will be required to confirm your reservation. If you cancel 14 days or more before your arrival; your deposit will be refunded. Your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel during the 14 days prior to your arrival. In this case an invoice will be send for your travel insurance.

On request you can rent the whole property: 3 villas and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms in the main house.

We do not have driver accommodation on the property. If you wish, our assistant can assist your driver to find suitable and close accommodation.

We don’t have a liquor license, so we are not allowed to sell alcohol. Feel free to bring your own and we will be happy to serve it, without any extra costs. If you wish, we can assist you to purchase alcohol in the local liquor shop. Don’t forget to ask for a receipt as proof in case there is an inspection by the Excise Department.
