This does not apply if the 3 bungalows are booked by one group or family.

For those who prefer dining out, you'll discover a curated list of our preferred restaurants in Tangalle and the vicinity within your bungalow. Alternatively, showcase your culinary prowess in the outdoor kitchen; and if that doesn't pan out, a convenient home delivery is just a call away!

Check-in is from 02:00 PM. Please check out by 11:00 AM. For special arrival or departure times, please notify us in advance.

A deposit payment of 50% of the total amount will be required to confirm your reservation. If you cancel 14 days or more before your arrival; your deposit will be refunded. Your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel during the 14 days prior to your arrival. In this case an invoice will be sent for your travel insurance.

During high season, Dec 15th - April 15th the cancellation period is 30 days prior to your arrival.

On request you can rent the whole property: 3 villas and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms in the main house.

We do not have driver accommodation on the property. If you wish, our assistant can assist your driver to find suitable and close accommodation.

We do not have a liquor license, so we are unable to sell alcohol. However, you’re welcome to bring your own. Please make sure to keep the store receipt as proof of purchase, in case it’s requested during an inspection by the Excise Department.
